Mindfulness Blend....I'm obsessed with this key to brain health / cognitive function

You guys, I can't get enough of our Mindfulness blend! I'm obsessed. And you should be too, here is why (I will try to keep it simple):

When we are stressed or anxious (um, holidays anyone?!) our cortisol levels tend to spike. Cortisol is a steroid hormone. Too much cortisol in your bloodstream on an ongoing basis can cause and exacerbate anxiety, sleep issues and other negative effects.
